Five Upcoming 2019 Releases I’m Excited For

Hi Guys!

Today I am coming at you with Five Upcoming 2019 Book Releases which I am excited for. I have been so out of the loop with reading that I haven’t seen many upcoming releases which I am actually kind of happy about, because I will come across them more organically when their on the shelves then. You know me, if things are too hyped my brain is like nope don’t read it yet. It’s weird I know…

Here are the five releases from the first half of the year I’m looking most forward to…

Hi Guys,

Today I am doing a Top Ten Post inspired by Heather @TheSassyBookGeek as she recently did a post titled Most Popular Books on my TBR. Be sure to go check out Heather’s blog, she is such a sweet girl with amazing bookish content.

I thought this post was a fun and great idea so I decided to take a look at the books I owned and the ones that are still waiting to be picked up!

Top Ten Tuesday: Books I Could Re-read Forever.

Hello Book Lovers!

Welcome back to Top Ten Tuesday. It feels like forever since i’ve done one of these…I’m nothing but non-consistent I know. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme set up by The Broke and the Bookish, it has now since moved to the site of That Artsy Reader Girl.

This weeks topic is ‘Books I Could Re-read Forever.’

Mirror, Mirror on the wall, who’s the scariest of them all? | Top Ten Villains

As Halloween is only 5 days away, I wanted to do a post on my Top Ten Villains and it was actually rather hard to choose because there are few which I thought about but then after really thinking about the series they come from I realised that actually others stand out just a little more in different ways. I haven’t put these in a specific order because I can’t decide who would be my ultimate favourite villain. Here are my Top Ten Villains from Young Adult Series.

Left to Right – Bellatrix | President Snow | Jeannine Matthews | Umbridge | Amarantha

Top Ten Tuesday – Book Dad’s!

Welcome Back to Top Ten Tuesday. Well Wednesday because I really wanted to do this but I also wanted to get my review up for Love & You by Gretchen Gomez. So this is a day late but Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme set up by The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is a Father’s Day freebie so I decided to do my TOP 10 Book Dad’s!

Firstly can I just start this off my saying, this was surprisingly really hard. I read a lot of YA and parent’s aren’t usually around in the books I read or if they are they are the reason in which the protagonist wishes to escape. Therefore this post will have a few from the same series rather than 10 different books!

My TBR list has been piling up for a while now, here are my top ten choices which I can’t wait to start reading once summer rolls around and I can finally have a life again away from Uni deadlines and exams.

  1. Red Queen – Victoria Aveyard
  2. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince – J.K Rowling
  3. Divergent – Veronica Roth
  4. Lady Midnight – Cassandra Clare
  5. Throne of Glass – Sarah J. Maas
  6. A Court of Thorns and Roses – Sarah J. Maas
  7. The 5th Wave – Rick Yancey
  8. All the Bright Places – Jennifer Niven
  9. Me before You – Jojo Moes
  10. The Cuckoos Calling – Robert Galbraith (J.K Rowling)

I guiltily hold my hands up and admit it… Yes I am still yet to finish the Harry Potter series and also start Divergent! I am so behind I need to kick myself.

I am however actually attempting to read The Cuckoo’s Calling on my commutes into University therefore its taking me longer too read as I save it for my journeys, it is also my first Crime Fiction Novel.

What books are on your TBR list that you can’t wait to read this summer? Let me know in the comments, i’m sure i’ll be expanding my list off your suggestions!
