Valentines Day Top Ten Couples

Hello Bookworms!

Happy Valentines Day! Considering it’s February 14th I thought I would do a special Valentines post sharing with you my Top Ten OTP [One True Pairings]. Choosing just ten was so hard but I finally managed to dwindle it down. All of these are couples which have stayed with me since reading the series, they are characters I rooted so hard for as I read the books and characters that have not left me since. 

In no particular order here are my Top Ten Couples/ OTP…

Julian Blackthorn and Emma Carstairs
The Dark Artifices Series by Cassandra Clare

Julian and Emma’s relationship is one of my favourites. Its such a will they- won’t they. As parabatai it’s forbidden but I will forever be rooting for their happy ending. 

Justyce and SJ 
Dear Martin by Nic Stone

I read Dear Martin in January [review here] and was blown away and since then I am forever thinking of Justyce and SJ. There relationship really stuck with me, SJ is so feisty and they really compliment each other so well.

Tris and Four 
Divergent Series by Veronica Roth

I loved Divergent so much. I refuse to even acknowledge that Allegient exists. 
Tris and Four are one of my favourite couples and I adored the movie with Shaileene Woodley and Theo James. They did them justice so well. 

Rhysand and Feyre
A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J.Maas

Feyre and Rhysand are my babies. These two I could spend all day writing about because I just can’t get enough off them. But here is simply a quote I adore from them;

Ron and Hermione
Harry Potter Series by J.K Rowling

I mean there wasn’t going to be an OTP list without Ron and Hermione was there?
I was rooting for these from the beginning of Philosophers Stone and no other couple works better.

Jace Herondale and Clary Fray
The Mortal Instruments Series by Cassandra Clare

Clary Fray and Jace Herondale. I read The Mortal Instruments near enough over 5 years ago and I am still in love with this couple as much as I was when I first began the series. I regularly have to read fanfiction to get my Jace and Clary fix. Their whole relationship is so caring and filled with sarcasm. 
Perfect.

Aelin and Rowan
Throne of Glass Series by Sarah J.Maas

Sarah J.Maas is my queen… Aelin and Rowan are like Rhysand and Feyre, they kick ass. Super strong as well as secretly sensitive couple. Just reading about them forever gives me the feels.

Kaz and Inej
Six of Crows Duology by Leigh Bardugo

Firstly can we all just swoon over this beautiful fanart. Insane. 
Kaz and Inej are such beautiful souls, outcasts who come together. There relationship is hard and they come through so much to get where they are at the end of Crooked Kingdom.

Tessa Gray and Will Herondale
The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare

From the very beginning of The Infernal Devices series I rooted for Will and Tessa. They were the only option for me, I really didn’t like the idea of Jem and Tessa together, it didn’t work for me. Perhaps I am a sucker for a Herondale?

Mare and Cal
Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

Anxiously waiting for War Storm to be released so I can FINALLY be reunited with my babies. Maven is a huge no, no and Mare 100% belongs with Cal. I will fight you on this.

So there we have my Top Ten Young Adult Couples/OTP. Honestly I could have written giant paragraphs for each of them but you don’t want to read my rambling do you… you just want the good stuff. The couples!
This post has made me want to restart the series of all of them to re-experience them all again.
