August Book Haul

Hey Guys.

Today I am coming at you with my August Book Haul!
Book Hauls are something I actually rarely post on here which is weird because I love buying books. Who doesn’t?
I definitely want to start posting what I buy more on here because I love reading other people’s latest buys or watching them on BookTube.  So now to quit my rambling so we can get to the part you care about…

I have yet to start the Grisha Series but I already on Shadow and Bone which is on my shelf. I finished The Winners Curse recently (review to come soon) and needed to get the next books in my life. I’m aiming to try tackle the books I own on my bookshelf already as well this year.

I hate everyone but you by Gaby Dunn & Allison Raskin
I was kindly sent this beautiful book by St.Martins Press. I mean just look at the cover and the jacket?!  I used to watch Gaby and Allison on Buzzfeed so I can’t wait to give this a read to see what is about!

The Last Magician by Lisa Maxwell Goodreads
Roar by Cora Carmack (Stormheart #1) Goodreads 

Roar is a book which was featured in a Fairy Loot box recently and after hearing the synopsis I needed to get it for myself. It definitely sounds like something I will love and the cover is darn right gorgeous. The Last Magician is also another book which I have been hearing amazing things about and once again that cover drew me right in. 

So there are the books I purchased this month. 6  Books isn’t so bad and a book received from a publisher. I do have more books on the way though so you will be seeing some more hauls soon! I can’t wait to share with you what I got. Be sure to comment below if you have read any of these for yourself.

  3. I love a good book haul! and you have some quality reads here, I LOVED The Last Magician to PIECES!!! 1920’s NYC infused with magic with a crew that will give you Six of Crows vibes…think that sums it up haha! Happy reading 🙂

  4. This is a wonderful haul, Hannah! I can’t wait to get my hands on the Last Magician soon! I’ve heard such wonderful things, and that cover is just absolutely gorgeous *drools* I looooove Marie Rutkoski’s series, and the second one was definitely my favorite of the trilogy. So much tension and politics and scheming. I hope you love it. ❤

  7. Great haul, Hannah! I’m eager to hear your thoughts about The Winner’s Curse – I read the first two books in the series and..I liked them, but didn’t fall in love with them. I do love these covers, though, ahah 🙂 The Last Magician sounds great, I hope it will be just as good as everyone is saying 🙂
